We recently held a Mental Health Awareness Day, led by our colleague Glen. It consisted of various interactive workshops followed by group activities where our students discussed many aspects of their and their friends’ mental health. This is an issue we believe all young people should be comfortable to discuss and we plan more of these workshops in the future.
