It’s show time! This year’s Play in the Parque will be on Thursday 6th July at Parque de Merendas which is in the forest behind the village of Barão de São João. Rehearsals for “Jack and the Bean Sprout” are underway and already we’re crying with laughter! The cast of over 60 people include students, parents and teachers as well as members of the local community and children from our primary school. Up and coming band “The Untitled Project”, who are ex-students, will be kicking off the afternoon of entertainment at 4.45pm and the show starts at 6.30pm. We advise you to bring a blanket or deckchair to sit on and there will be drinks and bbq snacks available from 4pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
