We were delighted to welcome Joana Lopes from the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) to school recently. Joana spoke to our students about the plight of millions of people around the world who have had to flee their homes. Our students then made project boards which they presented to each other. We have donated half of the proceeds from our Play in the Parque to this amazing cause.
